Naturally Redefined's Sisterlocks Package consists of the following:

1. Consultation ($25)
During your consultation we will:

• Gather information from you about your hair care history ~ We will discuss your hair maintenance history, as well as styling preferences.
• Share information with you about the care and maintenance of Sisterlocks ~ Information on shampooing, the Sisterlocks product line, the settling-in phase of your locks, and any questions you have about the locking process.
• Put a number of Sample Locks in your hair ~ These test locks will be monitored between the time of your consultation and your locking session so that we can be sure to use the best possible locking patterns and sizes on your hair.
• Discuss pricing and scheduling for your locking session ~ The locking session can be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after your consultation depending on availability.  It is common to have to wait a month or more before your locking session can be scheduled. Typically, the starting price includes up to 4 inches of natural hair.

2. Locking Session (starting at $595)
After your consultation, we will schedule a two-day locking session during the next available weekend or your off days from work.   A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.  Naturally Redefined gives you everything you need to get started with Sisterlocks™ and exclusively provides all of the following with the Sisterlocks™ package:

• Sisterlocks™ Official Customer Starter Kit (contains Sisterlocks™ Starter Shampoo, Washing Bands, and Tip Sheets)
• Satin Bonnet or Pillowcase (your choice)
• Naturally Fresh Refreshing Hair Mist (4 oz. water-based spray to add moisture to your new locks)

3. Follow-Up Session (included in locking session fee)
Your follow-up session is your first check-in and minor retightening (maintenance) after 2-3 shampooings. We will also schedule your next retightening appointment and recommend a regular retightening schedule as your locks mature.

4. Regular Maintenance/Retightenings ($90)
Your regular retightenings are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks to incorporate your new growth into the locking pattern and ensure your hair is progressing as expected. During this time we also address any issues to keep your Sisterlocks journey on track.

Retightenings are charged at the rate of $90 for up to 3 hours of retightening.  Additional time is charged at the rate of $25 per hour. Your retightening time will depend on your amount of new growth and the condition of your hair at the time of your appointment.  On average, retightenings last from 3 to 5 hours.
